Portify provides a mobile app that flexible workers can use to manage their finances. We build their financial wellbeing over time, by helping them earn more effectively, save money on tax and insurance, and build credit worthiness. The app is distributed via our company partners that hire flexible workers.

This role involves working closely with our users and company partners to build a vibrant community of independent workers who know how to make the most of our product, and will advocate for it on our behalf.

To be amazing at this role, you need to quickly become an expert on our users by working closely with them (and our company partners), and be able to develop vibrant communities of users online and offline.


The Role


We offer a blank slate for you to lead the development of our community, marketing and growth efforts. You will be overall responsible for our B2B2C community building, user success and growth strategy. You will work with the CEO and Product Manager to lead these functions.

Here are examples of what you might be doing:

User success: manage user queries on our app, and make sure our users love the app and know how to use it, whatever languages they speak.

B2B2C marketing: work with our key B2B accounts to ensure users can be reached effectively through their existing channels, and converted to using the Portify app. Support us identify and grow additional company partners.

Build our online presence: develop our external content strategy (blog, social media, events), and work together with users and the Portify team to make us an opinion leader on the financial wellbeing for flexible workers.




Here's what we expect you to have:

Demonstrable track record of building large, vibrant communities online and offline across multiple social media channels, and ideally at a global level.

A commitment to working closely with users to gain their trust through empathy, and help build their financial wellbeing.

Experience dealing with, and managing large scale B2B accounts is a huge plus.
